An Ebola survivor in the DR Congo is urging people to reject misinformation and seek treatment early.
Gladys Munguroma says fear delayed her visit to hospital, but medical care helped save her life.

Salute to Lionel Mpasi Nzazu. Stood on his head for as long as he could making five saves, four of which were in the box and all diving. His performance had all of DR Congo dreaming 🙏🇨🇩
Fair play ❤️
“Entire families have been wiped out.” Lebanese President Joseph Aoun recounts the devastating toll of Israel’s war in his country against Hezbollah. “This is a 3-month-old baby,” he says, holding up a heartbreaking picture. “Is this an imminent threat?”
@LBpresidency
I'm trying to imagine Muslim kids chanting something similar about the Jewish or Christian faiths at a rally in London. The Prevent folks, counter-terrorism police, the entire British media would be all over the story, asking why Muslims are so extreme & brainwashing their kids.
The solar panels destroyed by Israel's army are used to provide the Lebanese town of Debl with electricity, as well as supply power to its water station.
The IDF says the actions seen in the video do not align with their values.

"Khalil was trapped alive under rubble for hours, having made a phone call to her family and the Lebanese military for help, Qudah told CNN on Thursday.
'The Red Cross was blocked for seven hours and when they reached her after seven hours, she was already dead,” she said. 'This kind of obstruction of rescue efforts may really amount to war crime.'"

Sweden condemns the recent Israeli decision to establish over 30 new settlements in the West Bank. The settlements are a flagrant violation of international law and undermine the ongoing efforts for peace and stability in the region. We call on the Government of Israel to reverse them immediately and to respect its international obligations.

Absolute bombshell on Sky News. A Lebanese rescue worker completely dismantles the Israeli military narrative. He confirms the bombed area in Beirut was purely civilian with zero Hezbollah presence. Israel intentionally targeted innocent children and the elderly.
The Israeli Defense Forces have issued an evacuation order for Beirut’s Jnah area, which includes two major referral hospitals; the Rafik Hariri University Hospital and Al Zahraa Hospital. At this time, no alternative medical facilities are available to receive approximately 450 patients from the two hospitals (including 40 patients in the ICU), rendering their evacuation operationally unfeasible. Both facilities are operating at full capacity, including treating the injured from the strikes of 8 April. This zone also encompasses the @mophleb complex, and hosts five shelters accommodating more than 5000 people.
I urge Israel to reverse this order and ensure the protection of all health facilities, health workers, patients and civilians.
Israel bombed the Rafie Nia Synagogue in Tehran.
Yes, you read that right. Israel bombed a synagogue. In Iran.
Most Americans probably didn't know that there are ~100 synagogues in Iran, 30 of which are in Tehran.
@PulaRJS@markcurtis30 40 (imaginary) dead babies filled every headline in the West on 8 October 2023, but 127 (real - alive yesterday) dead schoolgirls won’t rate even one Western headline today.
It's all change in 2026! 🔄
