@KahlonRav How does moving DCCs to instalment payments over up front, reduce building costs? It still all goes in the PROFORMA. All it does is aid with cash flow, not reduce building costs thus does not lower prices.
@MPelletierCIO Maybe them attacking is what we need to get our act in order. Weโve been unproductive for a decade, now weโre finally being challenged. Canadians will realize ideology only takes you so far..
@NHL_Sid Not only is Edmonton a dump of a city, the fans also suffer from brain damage and a lack of understanding how sports work. Sick math though, Nucks in 5.
@ronmortgageguy Lower the price it costs to build and try to bring down the floor price of homes. When all governments do is add to the input cost of building a home, they raise the floor price as it only goes up and as demand builds up when markets are hotter the top goes further upwards.
@StockTalk416 My organization has been trying to implement SF for nearly 2 years. 99% of it is indeed crap and provides no aid to being successful in the role.
@benbbaldwin Anyone that compares Jimmy to Brock, simply does not understand the game past the surface level. Itโs fine think that but at some point youโre gonna have to admit youโre wrong. Longer you wait, the bigger of an idiot you are. Simple.
@michaelgeller Housing will go down relative to what prices would be if they did nothing, which is fair statement but they canโt say that cause politics is theatre and that would be admitting they canโt do anything to bring prices down. They are feeding supply side not looking at demand side.
