Broken seats,poorly maintained aircraft is identitity of @airindia ,won't travel again with my experience on AI142/143. Not much but AI must refund money charged for this premium seat(shit). Similar experience in Business. Need to Improve a lot & fast, before trust is gone..
Air India Mumbai Delhi flight AI0809 saw smoke coming out of cargo hatch and diverted at around 1100 hours to Ahmedabad.
Currently 1242 hours and passengers suffering and Staff clueless.
One would expect a well rehearsed play book for such text book situations.
AI687 Mumbai-Delhi : passengers have been held hostage on the plane for 2 hours by airline staff. No ventilation, water or information on fixing this snag. How is this even allowed #AirIndia? This is a health hazard to 400 passengers at the very least.

@airindia ticketing agent Kajal and Deepak Pune number 020-26231407 refused to transfer me to a supervisor regarding my luggage and were not even giving me their employee ID and there is not way to reach your baggage department. What the actual hell? @timesofindia@PMOIndia
@Officejmscindia@JM_Scindia no matter how many airports you build if the basic needs of a customer are not met, and airlines like @airindia are not held responsible for their inaction on finding bags with medications that they lost, no progress has been made
