Please include college instructors who must meet face-to-face with their students such as electricians, carpentry etc. in the list of essential workers.. College instructors are front line worker. They should be on the new list of essential workers. They should vaccinated.

Great news for the long awaited Line 3. Thanks to our agencies, PUC, Governor and all people who weighed in to get to the finish line. 4200 jobs, $2.6 billion in private investment, $35 million in property taxes, and a new, modern pipeline replacing the old. Safer for everyone.

I’m honored to be appointed Chair of the Senate Higher Education Comm. Our parents always emphasized the importance of a good college education. My goal is to keep our community colleges operating while working with all the systems. We can all work together for our students.
