Clutch's open world will be set in the south of France and will have a near 1:1 recreation of Monaco
Open world activities will be forza-like such as:
- Speed traps
- Stunt jumps
- Collectibles
- etc.
There also seem to be very little limitation on where you go, so there are tons of off roading opportunities outside of Monaco
