Oh yes, I'm going back to Prague in February this year too - it's an awesome tradition now! 🤓
I've been working in (sorry, I mean *living* in) the Dataverse (CRM database, XRM, CDS, etc etc...) for 15-20 years (lost counting), so DV and Plugins are close to my heart...
Join us!
#UDPP | When we think about speakers our community truly connects with, @rappen is always one of the first names that comes to mind ✨
This year, Jonas is taking the lead on a session focused on Dataverse event framework, testable plugins, and durable tasks.
You can expect practical insights into building testable plugins using base class patterns, effective debugging with tracing tools, handling long-running operations with Background Operations, the SDK transition to ServiceClient, and guidance on choosing between plugins, Custom APIs, and webhooks for different integration scenarios.
Curious what his sessions are like? 👀
You can now watch a short clip from Jonas’s session last year and if you sign up for Update Days: Power Platform 2026, you’ll get full access to all last year’s recordings for free 👉 Make sure you’re signed up for the https://t.co/gpxUlHgn6n

Having issues after connection controls update => XrmToolBox.AutoUpdater.exe https://t.co/V5oWKqD9X7
(don't forget to start from your XrmToolBox folder)
Sorry about this issue. Next version of XrmToolBox will add safeguards to avoid the same situation.
💡 I got an idea. Scary it is - it's to add RegEx 😬 in #Dataverse.
Ok well I didn't, @cseymr did it.
Why what? To be able to filter in our queries with a new condition operator: "regex". Scary, right?
Nice idea?
Go vote for it! 🙋♀️🙋♂️👍🤘🙏📣

Microsoft 365 Family just informed me that from next month there is an adjustment to the price.
That happens, right?
But changing from my current SEK 89 (~$8) monthly to SEK 11600 (~$1000) monthly.
Does THAT happen?? 😲
@Microsoft365, please calculate it one more time...
@temmy_raharjo@FetchXMLBuilder It may also be more efficient (from a database perspective) to include the link entities in the filters...
A relatively new feature that is available in FetchXML.
Try it, test it, compare it!
It is not supported by QueryExpression, though; use FetchExpression instead.
@temmy_raharjo Nice post :)
You know we can do it even easier? The AddCondition method has an overloaded method, which includes the EntityName :)
The @FetchXMLBuilder supports that type of outer LinkEntity filters 🤓
Is it a Catch 22?? 😱
No, it's a crm22!! 😁
