LeBron Rigged the system so that he could keep winning. He pretty much cheated the game for rings in a sense & failed mostly in the process. That’s why he consistently downplays “Ring Culture”. If things would’ve went the way he thought it would,he’d embrace it
But it didn’t
Notice how "girls mature faster" is never stated as a reason to why girls should be given more positions of power and authority? It only works to hold girls to greater accountability than boys and to justify men's attraction to them.
Are you starting to see why your housing is so expensive?
The homeowners in your neighborhood band together to prevent more housing from being built, which means YOU pay thousands more every year — all so they can get even wealthier
When housing gets built, you pay less
Los Angeles IS fucked up right now. It’s horribly governed, and unaffordable to an extent that I never could have imagined. It’s corrupt and people are suffering. The conditions that created the violence of the past m, however, have changed.
L.A county homicides in 1992: 2,589
L.A county homicides in 2025: 230
Too many hysterical weenies online talking about Los Angeles who base their nostalgia on minute long videos or literal fiction.
LA crime has been dropping ever since the community responded in the 90’s.
I really think our housing politics would be much better if more people simply realized that many beloved buildings would literally be illegal to build today because of zoning restrictions
It's actually so wiłd that people don't see that “raising the minimum wage to a true living wage would cause businesses to close” is an indictment of capitalism.
@NoMoreMatrix@B2theBaird@OfficialDomNBA It’s not only Bron’s fans, it’s also his entourage. Rich Paul literally tried to diminish Chris Bosh’s role on that Heatles squad. Just unnecessarily diminishing people’s legacy to make LeBron’s appear better. I’ve never seen anyone else do this for another GOAT.
@BookerGWash Honestly, looking at how rents have skyrocketed within the past 20 years, having a consistent mortgage payment over 30+ sounds like a plus.
Building new homes costs a lot of money.
That money has to be paid back by the rental income or sale price of the new homes, or they will not be built.
The rents that poor people can afford are not high enough to cover the cost of new construction.
This is math, not greed.
"Less luxury, more affordable housing" is easy to say and very hard to build. I worked through a real development pro forma at a housing training and wrote down what I learned, including who actually has to close the financing gap. #a2council
