یک ماه از یورش نیروهای استخبارات طالبان بر دفتر نهاد تحقیقاتی حقوق زنان و اطفال و بازداشت شش کارمند این نهاد، سلطان‌علی رحیمی، احمد صایم حزین، حامد احمد صدیقی، عبدالمتین حکیمی، عبدالقدیر حمیدی و بسم‌الله می‌گذرد.

این شش تن نزدیک به یک ماه است که در بازداشت استخبارات طالبان به سر می‌برند و از حقوق اساسی و قانونی خود، از جمله حق دسترسی به وکیل مدافع و تفهیم اتهام، محروم مانده‌اند.

ما ضمن قدردانی صمیمانه از مردم، بزرگان جامعه، نهادهای حقوق بشری، فعالان حقوق بشر، رسانه‌ها، نمایندگی‌های دپلوماتیک کشورهای جهان و گزارشگر ویژه سازمان ملل متحد در امور حقوق بشر افغانستان که با موضع‌گیری، پیگیری و دادخواهی، در برابر این اقدام غیرقانونی و غیرانسانی طالبان ایستادگی کرده و خواستار رهایی این افراد شده‌اند، از همه آنان می‌خواهیم تلاش‌های خود را برای آزادی فوری و بدون قید و شرط این شش تن ادامه دهند.
این شش انسان نباید فراموش شوند. خانواده‌های آنان یک ماه است در انتظار و نگرانی به سر می‌برند. ما تا آزادی آنان به دادخواهی و‌تلاش مان ادامه می دهیم.

Statement No. 4 One month has passed since Taliban intelligence authorities raided the office of the Women and Children Legal Research Foundation (WCLRF) and detained six staff members: Sultan Ali Rahimi, Ahmad Sayem Hazim, Hamed Ahmad Sediqi, Abdul Matin Hakimi, Abdul Qadir Hamidi, and Bismillah. They remain in detention without access to legal counsel or clear information regarding the legal basis for their detention. We sincerely appreciate the continued efforts and advocacy of community leaders, human rights organizations, the media, diplomatic missions, and the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Afghanistan and respectfully urge all relevant national and international actors to intensify their efforts to secure their immediate and unconditional release. They must not be forgotten. We will continue our advocacy until they are safely released and reunited with their families.
