پیام تبریک و سپاس به تیم شجاع ما در پاکستان

امروز می‌خواهیم از سه زن شجاع و متعهد تیم ما در پاکستان، فریده راقی، سویتا رسولی و نادیا سادات، صمیمانه قدردانی کنیم. @raqisofizada
هر سه آنان خود داستانی دشوار از فرار، بی‌جاشدگی و زندگی در مهاجرت دارند. زندگی د�� پاکستان برای آنان نیز آسان و امن نبوده است. نگرانی از اخراج، مشکلات اقامتی و اسناد، فشارهای اقتصادی و نامعلومی آینده، بخشی از واقعیت روزمره آنان است. با این همه، مشکلات شخصی باعث نشد که از مسئولیتی که در برابر دیگر زنان افغانستان احساس می‌کنند دست بکشند.

فریده راقی و سویتا رسولی شب و روز برای حمایت از زنان و فعالان افغانستان در پاکستان کار کرده‌اند. آنان فهرست زنان و خانواده‌های در معرض خطر را تهیه و به‌روز کرده‌اند، اطلاعات لازم برای ارائه به نهادهای بین‌المللی از جمله کمیساریای عالی سازمان ملل متحد در امور پناهندگان را جمع‌آوری کرده‌اند و برای یافتن ��اه‌هایی جهت جلوگیری از اخراج زنان در معرض خطر تلاش نموده‌اند.

سویتا رسولی حتی در مواردی زنانی را که تنها و بدون محل اقامت بودند، نزد خود جا داده و در زمانی که جایی برای رفتن نداشتند، برای آنان سرپناه و حمایت فراهم کرده است. این در حالی بوده که خود او نیز با دشواری‌ها و محدودیت‌های زندگی مهاجرتی در پاکستان روبه‌رو بوده است.

داستان فریده راقی نمونه دیگری از مقاومت است. او خود به کابل اخراج شد و شرایط بسیار دشواری را پشت سر گذاشت. با وجود این تجربه، پس از آن‌که توانست دوباره به پاکستان بازگردد، فعالیت خود را متوقف نکرد؛ بلکه بار دیگر کار برای حمایت از زنان افغ��نستان را از سر گرفت و همچنان در کنار زنانی ایستاد که با خطر اخراج، ناامنی و آینده نامعلوم روبه‌رو هستند.

نادیا سادات نیز نقش مهمی در رساندن صدای زنان افغانستان داشته است. او گردهمایی‌ها را سازمان‌دهی کرده، در نشست‌ها و برنامه‌های مختلف حضور یافته و از هر فرصتی استفاده کرده است تا درباره وضعیت زنان افغانستان سخن بگوید و نگذارد صدای آنان در میان بحران‌های سیاسی و مهاجرتی فراموش شود.
این سه زن در حالی برای دیگران تلاش کرده‌اند که خود نیز با مشکلات مهاجرت، ناامنی و زندگی دشوار در پاکستان مواجه بوده‌اند. ارزش کار آنان دقیقاً در همین است: با وجود مشکلات خود، م��کلات زنان دیگر را فراموش نکرده‌اند.

فریده، سویتا و نادیا عزیز؛ از شجاعت، استقامت و تعهد شما سپاسگزاریم. از این‌که برای زنان در معرض اخراج تلاش کردید، برای زنان تنها سرپناه پیدا کردید، فهرست‌ها و اطلاعات را تهیه کردید، با نهادها ارتباط گرفتید و صدای زنان افغانستان را در هر جایی که امکان داشت بلند کردید، قدردانی می‌کنیم.

ما به شما افتخار می‌کنیم و خوشحالیم که شما در کنار ما هستید.

What connects them is stronger than geography: the determination that Afghan women will not be silenced, erased or forgotten.

This medal is our recognition of both the visible and the often unseen work these women have undertaken for their sisters, their communities and the future generations of Afghan women and girls.

Your work matters. Your resistance matters. Your voice matters.

Your courage keeps the hope of Afghanistan’s women alive.

The arrests of women in Herat are not isolated incidents. They are part of the Taliban’s systematic campaign of fear, control, and gender apartheid against Afghan women and girls.

Statement by the Afghan Women Activists Coordinating Body on the Arrest of Women in Herat

The Afghan Women Activists Coordinating Body strongly condemns the reported arrest of dozens of women and girls by the Taliban in Herat under the pretext of “bad hijab”.

According to eyewitnesses, photos and video footage received from Herat, Taliban forces arrested women in public spaces simply because their faces were not fully covered. These arrests are not isolated incidents. They are part of the Taliban’s systematic campaign of gender persecution, fear and total control over Afghan women’s bodies, movement and existence.

For Afghan women, arrest by the Taliban is not a legal procedure. It is a threat of disappearance, humiliation, physical abuse, psychological torture, sexual violence and rape. Survivors and human rights defenders have repeatedly reported abuse inside Taliban detention facilities, while families are silenced through fear, shame and intimidation.

We directly address the President of the European Commission (@EUCommission2), the Swedish Ministry of Justice (@Justitiedep) all European governments involved in any planned engagement with Taliban representatives in Brussels:

-Do not invite the Taliban. Condemn them.
-Do not give them legitimacy. Hold them accountable.
-Do not discuss deportations with a regime that arrests women for showing their faces. Protect Afghan refugees from being returned to danger.

At this very moment, Afghan women are being hunted in the streets for existing as women. Any political engagement that normalises the Taliban while these crimes continue is a betrayal of human rights, women’s rights and European values.

We call for the immediate and unconditional release of all detained women in Herat. We call on the @EU_Commission , the @SR_Afghanistan , @UN_Women , @OHCHRAsia , @IOMAfghanistan ,#amnesty and international media to urgently investigate the available video and photo evidence, publicly condemn these arrests, and demand accountability for Taliban crimes, including torture, sexual violence and gender persecution.

Silence is complicity. Engagement without accountability is legitimisation.

The Afghan Women Activists Coordinating Body stands with the women of Herat and with all Afghan women living under Taliban oppression. Afghan women do not need empty sympathy. They need protection, pressure on the Taliban and immediate international action.

Thank you, Raquel García Hermida-van der Walle, Chair of the Delegation for Relations with Afghanistan, for keeping your promise after receiving our letter and for taking such a clear position yesterday.

Inviting the Taliban to Brussels for deportation talks sends a dangerous and unacceptable signal. As long as the Taliban continue to violate human rights, impose gender apartheid, persecute women, minorities, journalists and activists, and fuel extremism, there must be no political normalization of the Taliban in Europe.

پس از نامه سرگشاده ما ، کمیسیون اروپا امروز اعلام کرده است که هیچ برنامه‌ای برای دعوت یا میزبانی از نمایندگان طالبان در بروکسل ندارد.

این یک گام مهم است — و نشان می‌دهد که فشار و صدای جمعی نتیجه می‌دهد.

این موفقیت را به همه زنان افغان، فعالان و حامیان تبریک می‌گوییم. این نشان می‌دهد که کارزار و تلاش مشترک می‌تواند از عادی‌سازی خطرناک قبل از آغاز آن جلوگیری کند.

Following our open letter , the European Commission has now clarified that it is not planning to host Taliban representatives in Brussels or send them an invitation.

This is an important step — and a clear signal that pressure works.

Congratulations to all Afghan women, activists, and allies who raised their voices. This shows that collective advocacy matters and that principled action can prevent dangerous normalization before it begins.

We thank the EU for taking this step and urge it to go further:
no engagement that legitimizes a regime responsible for gender apartheid, and no policies that put Afghan lives at risk.
This is not the end — but it is a strong beginning.

Our Open Letter to the European Union and the European Parliament

Stop the planned engagement with the Taliban on deportations — before it begins.
As the Afghan Women Activists Coordinating Body, representing thousands of women inside Afghanistan and in exile, we cannot remain silent while decisions are being made that directly affect our lives, safety, and dignity.
The planned talks in Brussels are being framed as “technical.” They are not.
They are political — and they risk normalizing a regime that has systematically erased women from public life.
Since 2021, Afghan women have been banned from education, excluded from work, and stripped of their most basic rights. This is not just discrimination — it is gender apartheid.
Engaging with the Taliban to facilitate deportations sends a dangerous message:
that human rights can be compromised for migration control,
that promises made to Afghan women can be set aside,
and that oppression can be negotiated with those who enforce it.
We have called on the EU to:
cancel these talks immediately
halt deportations under current conditions
uphold its commitments to Afghan women
engage directly with Afghan women’s voices

This is a defining moment.
If this course continues, it will not be remembered as pragmatism — but as complicity.
We urge the EU to act now.

در پی ارسال نامهٔ رسمی ما به اتحادیهٔ اروپا، پیام ما روشن و فوری است:

گفت‌وگوهای برنامه‌ریزی‌شده با طالبان دربارهٔ اخراج افغان‌ها را پیش از آغاز متوقف کنید.

ما، به‌عنوان «نهاد هماهنگی زنان فعال افغان» (AWACB) که نمایندهٔ هزاران زن در داخل افغانستان و در تبعید هستیم، نمی‌توانیم در برابر تصمیماتی که مستقیماً بر زندگی، امنیت و کرامت ما تأثیر می‌گذارد، سکوت کنیم.

این گفت‌وگوها به‌عنوان «فنی» معرفی می‌شوند. اما چنین نیست.
این‌ها تصمیمات سیاسی‌اند — و خطر عادی‌سازی رژیمی را در پی دارند که زنان را به‌طور سیستماتیک از عرصهٔ عمومی حذف کرده است.
از سال ۲۰۲۱، زنان افغان از آموزش محروم شده‌اند، از کار کنار گذاشته شده‌اند و از ابتدایی‌ترین حقوق خود محروم مانده‌اند.
این فقط تبعیض نیست — این آپارتاید جنسیتی است.

تعامل با طالبان برای تسهیل اخراج افغان‌ها، پیامی بسیار خطرناک دارد:
این‌که حقوق بشر می‌تواند در برابر کنترل مهاجرت معامله شود،
این‌که وعده‌های داده‌شده به زنان افغان می‌تواند نادیده گرفته شود،
و این‌که می‌توان با عاملان سرکوب وارد معامله شد.
ما از اتحادیهٔ اروپا خواسته‌ایم:

این گفت‌وگوها را فوراً لغو کند
اخراج‌ها را تحت شرایط فعلی متوقف سازد
به تعهدات خود نسبت به زنان افغان پایبند بماند
و مستقیماً با زنان افغان در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها مشورت کند

این یک لحظهٔ تعیین‌کننده است.
اگر این مسیر ادامه یابد، نه به‌عنوان واقع‌گرایی، بلکه به‌عنوان همدستی در تاریخ ثبت خواهد شد.

ما از اتحادیهٔ اروپا می‌خواهیم اکنون اقدام کند.

The EU calls upcoming talks with the Taliban “technical.” They are not.
They are political — and they are a betrayal.
A betrayal of Afghan women living under gender apartheid.
A betrayal of the promises made in 2021.
A betrayal of the values the EU claims to defend.

You cannot condemn the Taliban’s abuses while coordinating deportations with them.
This is not pragmatism — it is normalization.
If human rights can be traded for migration control, they were never principles.
