@kat__writes It’ll be two years 10/29/26 since we lost our Jack Russell Powder Shelton Carter. My son considered him a big brother. Since the we sprinkle a bit of his ashes at his favorite spots each anniversary. If you cared for them as family then they will remain family in death.

I work and my goals determine what I provide to my family first. I have 9 disabilities but to give my kid opportunities I choose to work

@the_17thletter4 June 2024, Blessent was sentenced to a total of 87 years in prison—42 years each for two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault, plus 3 years. Illinois truth-in-sentencing guidelines, Blessent must serve 85% of the sentence, making parole eligibility no earlier than 2095.

England isn’t. Canada will once Carney is gone. But France is in flames 4 times a decade. Who’s paying?

@gumbo_skol @PamBondiGOTTAgo @grfxdznr It’s not tax free. It’s you already paid payroll tax on 40+OT now you get to keep the federal income tax deduction so yeah if I work 10 hours of OT I’m still paying taxes just not a portion of the income tax for 10 hours. It’s only .5 of 1.5 btw.

@gumbo_skol @PamBondiGOTTAgo @grfxdznr When I used to hire salaried employees as we honored salary at 45-50 hours we also offered something like $6.50/hr OT or more depending on the shift and site. Does your employer have a separate rate for OT? I’d just put a feeler out to payroll and see.
