Kurdish aspirations for self-determination continues to thrive as the primary hope for the liberation of its noble people from the injustices brought upon them by this treaty.
Remembering Lausanne; A Disgraced Treaty, a Betrayed People.
The treaty inflicted unjust consequences on Kurds, Armenians, Greeks and minorities in the region. It ultimately divided the Kurds ancestral homeland across multiple nations, costing millions of Kurdistani lives.
This March also marks the 20th anniversary of the liberation of Iraq. However, large parts of the Iraqi political elite still stinks of despotism and neo-Saddamism.
NEVER FORGET 🕊
Today marks 35th year since 5000 innocent residents of Halabja were killed in a matter of minutes and over 10000 injured in the bombardment of this Kurdish city with mustard and tabune nerve gas.
Kurds need to release themselves from the false notion that Iraq has changed. If could, they would do the same in Erbil, Duhok, Slemani, and Halabja. The fundamentals of the system is crooked since its establishment in 1922. Thus, it regenerates the same misdeeds.
Welcome to Iraq 🇮🇶
Iraq is a lost state, it has no future and it’s just a matter of time until it breaks apart, until then all are forced to stay on this sinking ship. Independence is the only way forward for Kurdistan, we have no future in Iraq. (1/8)
SHAME: Not only has the UN held 0 urgent sessions to stop Turkey's ethnic cleansing of Syria's Kurds, but now UN chief @antonioguterres says the world body will "study" Erdogan's plan to cement the cleansing by implanting non-Kurdish Syrians in the area.

Em bi hev re serdikefin.
We owe the Kurdish people a HUGE debt. And best believe us “real Americans” will pay that debt.
Erdogan and Assad bought themselves their worst nightmare. The Kurds have won the American people. A reckoning is coming.
Abu Bakr al Baghdadi was a murderer and terrorist responsible for terrible suffering and death. The fight against ISIS would not be possible without the brave efforts of the Kurds and other U.S. allies.
Grateful to Special Operations forces, intelligence/counterterrorism experts, & allies who successfully executed this risky, complex mission. Especially thankful to our Kurdish partners who provided invaluable intelligence support.
Turkey backed Syrian factions mutilate the body a Kurdish female fighter killed in Tal Abyad.
One of the murderers says: "This is one of your bi**es and she is under our feet. He then shouts Allahu Akbar" via @RodiSad#SaveKurds
Israel strongly condemns the Turkish invasion of the Kurdish areas in Syria and warns against the ethnic cleansing of the Kurds by Turkey and its proxies.
Israel is prepared to extend humanitarian assistance to the gallant Kurdish people.
I most firmly condemn the unilateral military offensive that is underway in Syria. I call on Turkey to put an end to it as quickly as possible. Turkey’s action poses a humanitarian risk to millions of people.
I just spoke to a distraught US Special Forces soldier who is among the 1000 or so US troops in Syria tonight who is serving alongside the SDF Kurdish forces. It was one of the hardest phone calls I have ever taken.
"I am ashamed for the first time in my career."
We must always have the backs of our allies, if we expect them to have our back. The Kurds were instrumental in our successful fight against ISIS in Syria. Leaving them to die is a big mistake. #TurkeyIsNotOurFriend
