EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNAL COVER UP OF FRAUD
News reports have emerged of an Employment Tribunal cover-up in Manchester Tribunal.
An individual bringing a race discrimination claim against a former employer has reported that their ET1 Claim was tampered with by the Tribunal, Employer and Employers Solicitor and that they blacked out evidence of data, emails, performance scores on the ET1 Claim document (attached) to make a Strike Out application and Application of Costs which the judge granted.
Reports claim Action Fraud Police are also being discriminatory and have been refusing to look into the matter.
Shocking evidence shows Action Fraud Police initially sent a letter claiming they could not identify the fraud or criminal activity.
The Claimant alleges they had to make the report three times before Action Fraud admitted it was a fraud matter to be passed on to the Team. We are given audio recordings of calls that show an Action Fraud Police agent admitting:
"it is fraud, not sure who told you it wasn't."
However, it is claimed that following that call, Action Fraud have failed to contact the Employment Tribunal Claimant.
The facts show that there is a real "brazen" decision by UK Police and the legal system to marginalise an ethnic minority female by openly preventing justice and openly covering up a tampered ET 1 Claim document in a shocking account of racist legal proceedings that appears to go high as the Tribunal Judges.
Should UK Citizens be concerned?

@TheCable101@ChtyCommission@UKSupremeCourt@HMCTSgovuk In all $\text{https://t.co/zxIWv4zt4Z}$ guidance, the word "MUST" denotes a legal or regulatory requirement or duty that trustees are obliged to comply with. Therefore, if a Church is a registered charity, its trustees MUST follow its safeguarding policy.
@TheCable101@MatAshimolowo@ChtyCommission This is deeply troubling. The safety and support of victims must be the absolute priority for any organization, especially a church. If KICC is actively challenging a basic safeguarding policy, it sets a dangerous precedent. The $gov.uk$ guidance must be upheld.
