NEWS l NEW ALLEGATIONS OF COPYRIGHT THEFT ON PINTEREST AND IP LEAKS BY THE PIPCU POLICE
In 2024 a female reporting Safeguarding failures of 100 UK churches, claimed that her Christian family also reported for church abuse in their 2024 expose, were committing IP theft of their fashion venture. This week new allegations of imitations being made and sold by the Efue/Uganwu family have emerged that claim that a senior of the PIPCU has been leaking new Intellectual property to the family.

The Claimant for the Safeguarding Class Actions reported the theft to the PIPCU police in 2024 who failed to follow procedure to investigate family and their Christian OFNC clientele.

Their IP theft was first also reported to the Christian OFNC member and police officer PC Michelle Ugwueze. Reports have alleged that she concealed the report to protect the Efue/Uganwu's.

The members of OFNC were warned back in 2024 but have continued to knowingly purchase and request these imitations to date.

NEW ALLEGATIONS
1. These actions appear to have emboldened the Efue/Uganwu family to widen their theft to Pinterest.

2. Mrs Margaret Efue a self proclaimed born again Christian who makes the clothing imitations admitted that they were now copying design wear from brands advertising their apparel on @pinterest particularly targeting brands @varleyofficial and @meshkiofficial @KZiabari
3. It is reported that the Efue/Uganwu have made a significant amount of money from their IP theft on Pinterest, Meshki and Varley.
Significantly more than these companies who are mainly start ups and small businesses due to their large network via the OFNC organisation.

These claims can easily be checked by Police by investigating the Efue /Uganwu production and customer sales to the OFNC which the PIPCU Police are refusing to do.

Police Involvement
4. Reports from a person claiming to have witnessed police corruption has alleged that a member of the PIPCU Police has been providing information of the Claimants new re-imagined online store and clothing designs to the Efue/Uganwu's.

5. Several tip-offs allege that the Efue/Uganwu's this time led by Mrs Fejiro Uganwu who also claims to be a Christian, are using this information and are once again resorting to imitating the (Claimants) designs and having them reproduced and made.

6. Tip offs again continue to report Mrs Fejiro Uganwu for hacking and claim that she has been able to hack the development site of the Claimants website using fake emails.

FACTS
The Claimant has shown us the unlawful site logins using the email address E: [email protected].
Richard Chad Taylor is the the name of Mrs Fejiro Uganwu's first boyfriend.

Perhaps the Police who are notorious fans of the Efue/Uganwu family should investigate this further and end their persecution of the ones who have reported Church abuse.

Police Bias For Church Offenders
This behaviour continues to support claims made by multiple church abuse survivors and their families who say they felt they were being persecuted by Police and those of the legal system, for coming forward.

One mother has said:
There was sense , they were not on our side. Every-time they would come back from questioning the Church, you could see the change in how they treated us."

Others cited Police as being "dismissive", others claimed "it was like they checked out" and "20 questions about my daughters mental health."

The Police have refused to take reports seriously that the Efue Uganwu have hacked personal records of said Founder, despite repeated breaches up to last month.

We have confirmed that the individual did in fact contact the Mountain of Fire Prayer Lines and was essentially told she had no free will to leave God.

This report and spiritual command by Pastors to enter into sexual relationship with God has not been refuted by Church leaders in the Christian community Church.

Rent Guarantor Agreements Rejected in Court: TheCable.orgNews Asks Why

Concerns are mounting over the treatment of @RentGuarantor Rent Guarantor Agreements in court proceedings, as emerging cases suggest that such agreements are being disregarded despite documented evidence.
TheCable.orgNews is investigating why these legally binding instruments are not being consistently recognised within the judicial process.

The issue has first arisen in those bringing allegations against the church who have called out Police and the legal system for suppression of evidence and a lack of proper engagement with claims involving serious misconduct.

In an ongoing case case, one of our Class Action claimants—who is also the tenant in question—became subject to a possession order initiated by the landlord.

The landlord who is the CLAIMANT in this case, failed to disclose a key Rent Guarantor Agreement, which had been duly signed and which explicitly demonstrates that liability for rent arrears did not rest with the individual.

Documentary evidence indicates that both the tenant and the guarantor repeatedly advised the landlord to utilise the rent guarantee facility to cover outstanding arrears. Despite this, the landlord allegedly refused to activate the service, even though it had been paid for by the individual and was available for use.

Legal observers have raised concerns that the omission of such material information falls under provisions of the Fraud Act 2006, specifically relating to the failure to disclose information where there is a legal duty to do so, resulting in financial gain or loss.

The Rent Guarantor Agreement ought to have resulted in a strike out of the Landlords possession order.

And If substantiated, such conduct could constitute a serious offence warranting police investigation.

However, during court proceedings, one judge reportedly questioned the validity of the Rent Guarantor Agreement, stating: “The landlord is responsible for contacting the guarantor to cover the rent? I’ve never heard of it.”

The issue appeared to remain unresolved throughout the proceedings. The judge ultimately declined to give weight to the agreement, despite its relevance to the claimant’s liability.

Further procedural concerns have been raised regarding the landlord’s conduct. The landlord reportedly failed to comply with a court order requiring the filing of an application by 16 April 2026.
The Order stated that a failure to file on deadline would automatically strike out the landlords claim (see attached document)
(The Landlord is the CLAIMANT and is different from our Class Action claimants mentioned in this story)
Despite this non-compliance, a subsequent ruling by Judge McMurtie granted relief from sanctions, effectively reinstating the landlord’s claim.

A Liverpool County Court insider had this to say:
"I'm only coming forward because I don't think what's happening is right.
I thinks its bad that just because she came forward exposing those Judges, the Courts have got it out for her.
It's pathetic.
But when you make those sort of claims, Judges will blacklist you.
We can see it, we're seeing the posts and its got people talking behind closed doors.
The Landlords claim first of all was filed with the incorrect tenancy date - if it was any one else it would've been thrown out.
Anyone can see the Landlord doesn't care about rules they've literally contravened three Court Orders on this claim -
Again if it was anyone else they would have been thrown out for contempt of Court.
As for the The Rent Guarantor agreement - when we read the policy we were all like this needs to be thrown out. It voids the Landlord claim.
Secondly they've committed fraud by withholding this document in their Claim.
We work in the Courts, we know.
For a judge to overlook that - [whistled]
I would say make Rent Guarantor aware of what's going on.
We're contacting the BBC and BBCWatchdog.
And she should do the same."

The failure of the Landlord to initiate the rent guarantor process within the required timeframe is consistent with Trust Pilot negative reviews of the Landlord

The Court insider agreed:
"Again if it was anyone else the reviews about this Landlord would alarm a Judge. It would alarm anyone. They are clearly unsafe. Tenants claiming random people with keys just walk in at night? Is not a red flag to a Judge?
Like I said this needs to go to BBC Watchdog."

NEWS IN: REPORTS OF A HIT & RUN
We are receiving daily tip offs of a hit and run accident that killed two teenagers.

Mrs Margaret who is also a self proclaimed born again Christian was reported for stealing designs from SME fashion brands on Pinterest.

This has been verified by audio recording of Mrs Margaret admitting to multiple thefts.

THE POLICE CONTINUE TO PREVENT FORMER CHRISTIANS FROM CONVERTING TO THE SIKH FAITH
Reports claim that following TheCable.orgNews' recent contact with a number of UK Churches to intervene in this ongoing persecution against a female for refusing a forced spiritual marriage invoked by the Church itself, Police are advising UK Churches that they should call the Police if this female attends their Church if:
- they do not want her there
- they do not want to make prayers of revocation
Thereby keeping her bound to Christianity and preventing her from converting to the Sikh faith

IMPORTANT
US based Christian Pastor Apostle Ivory Hopkins appears to support her actions to seek Pastoral help and our efforts to intervene.
"That prayer would open spiritual doors that are harmful. Christians know this. You can't just let anyone pray for you. A prayer like that has power and needs to be revoked. It would require a few sessions of prayer."

His claims that the Church knows how harmful this prayer became evident in her encounter with Elim Bootle Pastors.

IMPORTANT
TheCable.orgNews witnessed via livestream that when the same prayer was repeated over the Elim Bootle pastors children, the prayer was instantly and strongly revoked both he and Church deacons around him. Yet shockingly the Pastor on the livestream refused to revoke the same prayer for the female even though he was asked.

We report UK Churches including Elim have used the Police to prevent the female from entering their Churches to utilise the service of prayer to revoke those prayers and leave Christianity.

TheCable.orgNews observe via livestream that Police attend and refuse her entry despite officers’ own admissions that the female attendee is neither being disruptive or causing any public disturbance.”

Through continued obstruction in a civil matter despite clear notice, the Police are functionally acting as accessories to ongoing breaches of:
• UK safeguarding law and statutory protection duties; • Charity‑law requirements that places of worship remain open to properly disposed persons;
• Human‑rights and Equality Act 2010 protections relating to religion and belief.

Legal representatives state that these facts establish grounds for legal claims against the Police.
"The clause relating to Trustee Discretion — which permits exclusion only in narrowly defined, legally justified situations such as protecting property, maintaining safety, or complying with statutory obligations — does not apply in this case and could not be relied on as a defence.
The evidence is unequivocal: the female attendee posed no danger, no threat, and no risk to the Church, its property, or its congregation.”

The reason for the Churches refusal became clear at the start of these encounters, when she initially claimed that following the revocation of these prayers, she wanted to convert to the Sikh faith

"In Christianity there is a narrative to dishonour women. God gave Eve the harsher punishment, women are told to sit down and cover their heads and women are constantly warned against as being sexual predators. It is not reality. Which gender abuses women and children historically? Male or female?"

These claims angered the Christian Pastors who responded with hate, volatile behaviour and refused to offer Safeguarding and revocation of the spiritual prayers that bound her to God as her husband.

Christian theologian Thomas Ashbaugh says:
"If God was able to tell Samuel to give the people what they want when they rejected him as King, then the Church can make prayers of revocation and allow this female to move on. They are not acting outside Gods practices. Samuel 8 shows it is godly to grant free will. These refusals appear to be malicious. The Police's involvement is baffling."

Yet her desire to leave Christianity has and is still being met with strong rebuttals and even threats of harm:

Other Pastors made threats and claimed:

When a church abuse complaint or concern was raised against them, they thwarted every chance of a meeting and further contact.
The have taken to calling the Police and making false claims (not realising they were being livestreamed) that the individual attending is:

THE RAMIFICATIONS
This has set a dangerous precedence for an institution and religion notorious for child abuse.

5 children (ages 5–8) have attempted suicide linked to this unaddressed abuse.

Bethel Church Liverpool:

Has refused safeguarding access to an individual seeking to report Church abuse to date

The Church called the Police to bar entry when the individual attended the Church in person to ask for Safeguarding after emails were ignored.

Since our report of this, we have received multiple abuse disclosures happening at Bethel Church since June 2025.

These reports have all been submitted to Police and Charity Commission.

They have failed to respond or take them seriously.

The Church are using the Police's bias towards them to their full advantage. Our findings have shown the Police are easily goaded, manipulated and foolishly in awe of those who profess to have a higher calling and will support the Church to do the following:

Deny entry to individuals into the Church when attempting to report child abuse.

Call the Police with false claims of “aggression” and “disruption.”

Again, the livestreams which we joined and covert audio evidence of individuals visits to the Church contradicts these claims.

Observed patterns:

- Safeguarding requests ignored or blocked.

- Allegations against churches shut down at source.

- Police deployed to remove or deter complainants.

- Institutional accounts accepted without scrutiny.

Police conduct:

Officers attend in numbers to block single individuals (often female) seeking safeguarding.

No investigation is made beyond church denial.

Police effectively act as barriers to reporting—not protection for victims.

Insider claim:

This strategy is being shared across UK churches which is:
