Let us assume the country is divided, and as envisaged. A particular section becomes an eldorado flowing with milk and honey. You think you will have peace if your neighbours are unstable and impoverished?
Oh, you will build a fence, to lock everybody out abi? Ok.
Tinubu is friendly with Benin, Chad, Cameroon & even Niger.
A military coup removed a democratically elected president in Niger. ECOWAS took a stand for Bazoum, but Tinubu has since still supported Niger, including with free PMS. Even BF has started courting Nigeria again.

I'm building 30 projects in 30 days 🧵
React → APIs → Next.js + TypeScript → full-stack with PostgreSQL → AI apps.
Day 1 is live: my portfolio, which tracks every project as I ship it.

Day 2/30: an expense tracker 💸
Set a monthly budget, log spending in Naira, and watch the strip fill by category (it turns red when you overspend).
Dark mode, backups, and your data never leaves your device.

The dating pool is so small for Nigerian atheists who wants to date other atheists
You're more likely not gonna see anyone from your environment
Before you'll actually see one atheist IRL
U might not even be compatible with that one atheist
Your best bet is through social media

Today, I celebrate the woman who has walked beside me with patience, grace and uncommon courage.
Àwọn àgbà sọ pé, “Ìyàwó rere ni adé ọkọ rẹ̀.” A good wife is her husband’s crown. The Book of Proverbs, which you know far better than I do, also speaks eloquently of the worth of a virtuous woman.
You have given these words true meaning in my life. You have stood by my side through every season.
The burdens that were mine to bear often found their way onto your shoulders. The thoughts I could not put into words somehow found their way to you.
In difficult times, when the future was uncertain, you stayed calm beside me and prayed with me.
Through all these years, you have remained the one who truly understands me.
More often than not, you sense when I need counsel before I ask. There have been nights when your presence alone was counsel enough.
I call you my truest friend and confidante because you speak the truth plainly, even on the days I would rather not hear it.
After a demanding day, you wait until we are alone before telling me what I need to hear. I have always cherished you for that honesty.
Our home bears the lasting imprint of your devotion. Our children and grandchildren have grown beneath the shelter of your prayers. They carry your values of faith and kindness wherever life takes them.
Nigerians know you for your compassion, kindness, generosity of spirit and steadfast faith. I have watched you touch lives quietly and consistently, offering hope and support to those in need.
From the New Era Foundation during our years in the saddle in Lagos to the Renewed Hope Initiative today, your care has reached many young boys and girls, widows, elderly citizens, and women farmers across the country.
Those affected by tuberculosis or any disease at all have found in you a compassionate advocate and a determined champion.
I know the prayers you offer for people whose names you may never know. I also know many whom you have helped without ever meeting them. For you, compassion has never recognised the boundaries of tribe, region or religion.
A long journey teaches a man the true value of a good partner. We have travelled a long road together. I think of the difficult decisions we talked through for hours and the sacrifices no one else saw. Laughter and prayer carried us through many of them.
If life returned me to the beginning, I would choose the same road that led me to you. Through every mile, my heart has always remained at home with you.
I thank you for the life we have built and the love that has held it together.
Happy 66th birthday, my darling Oluremi. I pray that God Almighty will grant you many more years in good health and joy.
May the years ahead bring you the same comfort and happiness you have so freely given to me and many others.
With all my love,
Bola Ahmed Tinubu

Dear @NELFUND,
As a NELFUND beneficiary and student of Ahmadu Bello University, I built My NELFUND, an independent civic-tech application aimed at helping Nigerian students better understand and navigate the Student Loan Scheme, while also combating the misinformation, misconceptions, and confusion that often surround the scheme.
The app is now available on the Apple App Store (https://t.co/C3vifcBx2j), while the Android version is currently awaiting Google Play Store approval.
My NELFUND provides an interactive eligibility checker, a repayment and moratorium simulator, and a searchable knowledge base covering the application process, disbursement, repayment obligations, and students’ rights under the law.
For clarity, the application prominently states that it is not an official NELFUND application and is entirely independent of the Fund. It does not collect or access users’ names, NELFUND account details, loan balances, login credentials, banking information, or other personal loan data. The application's tools are based entirely on calculations, simulations, and publicly available statutory and policy information. It does not submit applications or perform any transaction on behalf of users.
This initiative was born out of my own experience as a beneficiary and my desire to make reliable information about the scheme more accessible to fellow students, particularly at a time when misinformation can create unnecessary anxiety and confusion around student financing.
I have formally notified the Fund of the initiative and would sincerely welcome your team's feedback, corrections, and guidance to ensure that the information remains aligned with current legislation and administrative directives.
Thank You.

How did Lagosians rate Governor Tinubu’s performance as of May 11, 2007?
Unlike some ex-governors, who very few had positive remarks about them during their tenure.
He should show us the one he built as governor.
FG in 2025 commissioned 3 Oncology (cancer) centers in Katsina, Nsukka, and Benin.
7 more centres are underway. Location includes Maiduguri, Port Harcourt, Ilorin, Yola.
