@makemytrip My father-in-law had to cancel his Thailand trip due to a genuine medical emergency. Doctor advised him not to travel. All required medical certificates, prescriptions, bills, reports & passports were submitted. We also authorised immediate PNR cancellation.

It has been over a month with repeated follow-ups. We keep receiving “please wait 24–72 hours.” We were even told attempts were made to contact us, despite receiving what appeared to be a one-second call. The MMT app still doesn’t show the medical waiver request/status.

@airasia contd And for your reference the attended even argued with me. There was no support, fyi I was traveling with an infant and 8 year old. Respect is for everyone she doesn’t define respect.

@airasia contd The flight attend mocked at the child and asked him to use the washroom outside. When I questioned him why he didn’t allow the attended said just like that! Excuse me if the child would have peed in his pants how embarrassing it would have been for the child

@airasia contd An older lady used the washroom and the child wanted to use the washroom so he waited in the que and humbly requested if he could use the restroom. Please note the child was shaking because he wasn’t able to hold any longer

@airasia Horrible treatment with 8year old by flight attendant. We were traveling by I5 2991, bbi to blr seat 8E and 8F. After the flight landed all the child humbly request was to use the washroom as the signal was green.
