@CrypticTrades_ You have been very helpful to get insights to the overall market dynamics the last couple of years. Thank you. One question: do you think the current market dynamics for high-beta stocks are generally resonate to what happened to crypto in October of last year? ๐ค
$IREN
Last week the 0.618 retracement (~$32) held perfectly, and a bullish divergence + partnership news sparked a rally back to the low $40. That setup played out exactly as expected.
Since then, momentum has faded along other high-beta stocks. Price is now back testing - and unfortunately breaking below that same 0.618 level ($30.92).
The next key support is ~$28:
1) $28.96 (blue line) = IPO price: psychological support
2) 100-week SMA currently sits at $28.10
These two levels converge right around $28, making it the level to watch.
If that fails: next stop is the $24.30โ25.50 zone, an open gap that likely gets filled before any real basing attempt.
If that also fails: we would expect prices to fall down to the low 20s or even deeper.
Interestingly, the RSI is showing a bullish divergence again here ๐ Price pushing toward a lower low while RSI holds a relatively higher low, same pattern that preceded last week's bounce.
All in all, I would say, $28 is the line in the sand - hold with the divergence confirming, and another leg up is possible. Lose it, and the next flush likely targets $24-25, or worse case even deeper.

@ViralMuzik1989 The same here, been togetehr with the ups and downs and still holding strong. However, now is different. Management opted to get richer while we are holding their bags. The puts sold since the beginning of June for $IREN is insane.

@jiahanjimliu Thanks, Jim. Simple math, really - waiting for the best deal makes sense fundamentally. But management should also remember investors need something to hold onto in the meantime.

$IREN just played out a textbook technical setup. ๐
The recent growth stock selling pressure forced a big pullback, but it landed exactly where smart money was waiting: the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level (~ $32).
Why this specific level matters:
1) Itโs the exact same floor that saved the market during the December dip.
2) Itโs the exact same springboard that marked the March market bottom .
Last week, buyers defended this historic floor perfectly at $32. Today, a massive enterprise partnership dropped, sparking a huge rally back to $40.
In addition, the daily RSI flashed a clear bullish divergence, showing momentum was resetting and shifting upwards even while price tested the lows last week.
In my view, the retest is complete and momentum has shifted. Next major overhead resistance to watch is around $45, where the heavy 50-weekly Moving Average (SMA) sits.
