@irdaindia please intervene. @IndusIndGenIn rejected my wife's Rs 48,000 health claim after 2+ months, wrongly alleging non-cooperation despite attendance and payment proofs. I borrowed Rs 50,000 and paid Rs 6,000 in interest. This is causing severe financial and mental distress.
