Virginia Giuffre was born Aug 1983.. she was 17 when the famous photo taken with Prince Andrew, which gives 2000/1. Her association with Epstein was between 2000 and 2002. We also know Peter Mandelson was a friend of Epstein. And Tony Blair confirmed he met Epstein in May 2002. Giuffre didn't cut her ties to Epstein until after Sept 2002. So when she says she was raped by "well known British Prime Minister" in her legal filing, there is one obvious candidate.
