Shaolin Cowboy: Cruel to Be Kin is a 7-issue miniseries created by Geof Darrow and published by Dark Horse Comics between 2020 and 2022, with Dave Stewart as the colorist artist.
The story once again follows the Shaolin Cowboy, a wandering warrior trapped in a surreal desert filled with mutants, impossible creatures, absurd violence and post-apocalyptic chaos. As with Darrow’s previous work, the narrative functions more as a succession of massive set pieces than a traditional story, pushing every scene to the extreme visually.
Maldita Castilla: Requiem for the Genesis/Mega Drive (PlayOnRetro) is a reinterpretation of Locomalito's 2012 PC game. The original was a tribute to 80s arcade classics like Ghosts 'n Goblins rooted in Spanish mythology, while on the MD it adds alternate routes and challenges rather than being as a straight 1:1 port.

GUNDHARA - JUUDAN ARASHI for arcade (Banpresto/1995) is a top-down run-and-gun game similar to classic titles like Mercs and Shock Troopers.
A unique mechanic for the game is a melee kick button that allows you to knock out enemies and deflect enemy bullets.
It never received home console ports. The title translates to Bullet Storm Gundhara.
What’s interesting is that many of the key visual ideas behind Mad Max: Fury Road already existed more than a decade before the actual filming began. The project went through pauses, cancellations and redesigns for years before finally becoming a reality in 2015.
Several concept art pieces published years later are dated around 1999–2001, including early designs of Max, Furiosa (“Warrior Woman” in early versions), vehicles and wasteland characters.
