Also, the Supreme Court already ruled that it’s unconstitutional for judges at the federal level to create these blanket injunctions to administrate the executive branch.

Every judge doing it is in violation of SCOTUS. That means they’re no longer under “good behavior” and should be removed.

If I’m understanding these federal judges right, the government can’t change any policies at all, from SNAP to immigration, if a judge doesn’t like it.

So, unelected judges are governing this country.
