@TGuy817@DecampDave So the Japanese civilian populace was indiscriminately guilty of the worst horrors perpetrated by their military? An interesting perspective. Certainly not a Western one, and seemingly not a Christian one either
I also appreciate the live example to demonstrate the OP's point
@mdubowitz "Oh shit, they don't hate us for our freedoms, do they? I hate when countries do that. We should declare war on them, ignoring popular sentiment, and show them the error of their ways. All of them. At once. Gimme $12/gal gas please."
~apparently the response this guy envisioned
@Cernovich I was subscribed to no overtly political pages, and no RW-leaning anything at all back when I used Facebook in the late 2010s, and I still saw Daily Wire content daily
@ATokkers5 My assumption is that rather than trying to kill that random man, he assumed that if they were goading him into punching it (it wasn't just the mascot goading either), it had enough padding to cushion his punch.
Which it did
@KermitGrenoille@webdevMason@wierdone2345@KrissaKray Do you really think "not all dogs that maul people are pitbulls" is a useful addition to the conversation? Do you think it gives any perspective that was previously lacking?
Nobody needs pitbull apologia in 2026.
@Conchobar2020@Lethal_Vitality Part of the issue convincing people they are so dangerous is because they are genuinely dopey gregarious dogs. It JUST SO HAPPENS that a secret game of roulette is always happening in their head (no matter how well trained), and there's always at least one pocket for "Murder"
@xJustSomeGuyOnX@AuronMacintyre@kingpilled If they are not influential, then what's the problem with them saying anything?
And if their takes do not reflect reality, does that mean you are excited about sweeping the midterms?
@axelobergrupen@jattpatronio@TansuYegen It's called a Jerusalem Cricket. In addition to 'arms' and 'feet,' at a distance it also looks like it has a human face (if you're close, it doesn't look like it at all).
Also, they bite

@KungFuMan316 If I could do it, I would love to acquire thousands of dollars worth of these "graded cards." Not to sell, or to collect, but just to stick on my face and take pictures for the internet to annoy some of the worst people anywhere near the hobby.
Then just give them to players
@justforfunidky@PuddyWang@Bendaman2001 Glad boxers and boxing fans suddenly know all about weight now when that doofus was saying it didn't matter before
@AndrewBroering@MattWalshBlog If I read a historical account of some guy supposedly killing millions, being allowed to keep immunity given by a corrupt regime, and then the people saying this just let him go home and were like "HEH! Well then..." with no follow up, I'd probably assume it was not true
@Txp_RBI_Xctuxl@SStricklandMMA Why would you want this?
Every Strickland post is a complete surprise. When I see him on the timeline I legitimately have no idea what I'm about to read.
It's fun
@pachiijuno My great aunt recommended I try to get a similar position in a library when I was younger (it was HER first job out of high school). I tried and got hit with this as well. Didn't list a BA requirement, but boy did they care I didn't have one
@Disco_Missiles@AuronMacintyre I suspect you are broadly correct RE: "Americans," but I also strongly suspect that these are not the same "Americans" who would be called to go and die in it
