@Bookingcom Please escalate my complaint about Apartment Savamala Art, Belgrade (18–23 Sep 2026). I reported cockroaches, a foul-smelling kettle and a faulty shower. After weeks of emails, support sent me back to the property. I’m seeking a €240 refund. Booking ID via DM.
