इरोस सम्पूर्णम सोसाइटी (ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट) में 2000 परिवारों की जल आपूर्ति केवल एक GNIDA कनेक्शन व एक मोटर से हो रही है। लगातार खराबी से गंभीर जल संकट बना हुआ है। निवासियों को बार‑बार जल संकट झेलना पड़ रहा है।

Concerns of #EROSSAMPOORNAM Society situated at Sec-2, Greater Noida West. The builder, EROS Group (M/s Ajay Enterprises Private Limited), has been neglecting critical issues that impact the quality of life in the society. Despite repeated complaints, they have made no efforts to resolve these deficiencies.
Worse, the builder is now resorting to blackmailing residents by presenting us with only two options: either pay additional sums or they will leave the site without completing their legal obligations as per the UP Apartment Act.
The Videos of the basement shared are from a typical day, yet the situation becomes unbearable when it rains, turning the area into a nightmare. The lifts are also in an extremely poor condition, posing a serious safety hazard. Anything could go wrong at any moment, but the directors of EROS Group have remained completely silent on these issues.

We urgently request the @OfficialGNIDA , @UPRERA and @dmgbnagar to intervene immediately. We need your assistance to ensure that EROS Group fulfills their obligations and takes immediate corrective action.

#EROSSAMPOORNAM Society is looking for an attention of Local Administration. @EROSGROUP (M/s Ajay Enterprises Private Limited) is consistently avoiding to follow all Law and Regulations are either under the UP Apartment Act or ordered time-to-time by Hon'ble high court. We are requesting @OfficialGNIDA to kindly examine the situation once and see the condition of Building, Lift, Basement Leakages. We are mostly working people and want to spend our weekend as peaceful one.

Part of structure is collapsed on Sep 11. AOA has sent notice to Builder on Sep 15. Its 7 days of the incident and 4 days notice to builder. Complaint registered on UPRERA and with GNIDA. No Response
