I can see thru AirTag but I can’t do anything. I flew on flight BA 48 to Heathrow Terminal 5 on 1/ 25. My backpack was left in the security of 5b. Calls to @British_Airways @HeathrowAirport security and #heathrowlostandfound has resulted in nothing. #Washingtheirhandsoff

@British_Airways Thanks the prompt reply. The baggage is not a checked in baggage. It is one left in the security area of Terminal 5b that has not been deposited with the Lost and Found, so I can get it from them. You will see the location in the image. It has been more than 72 hours.
