When lawyers themselves are compelled to knock on the doors of law enforcement, the question is no longer merely political—it is constitutional.

A group of legal professionals, including former judge Manoj Kumar, Supreme Court advocate Bhanu Pratap Singh and advocate Balraj Malik, has filed a formal complaint seeking an FIR and criminal investigation against PM Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, CEC Gyanesh Kumar, Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and others over alleged irregularities concerning electoral rolls.

These are serious allegations. They demand an impartial investigation, transparency and accountability—not political intimidation or dismissal.

Elections are the foundation of democracy.
The electoral rolls must be beyond suspicion.
And no one—however powerful—can be above scrutiny.

Let the law take its course. Let the truth come out.

Does the government has any publicly available scientific proof that flyovers or elevated corridor around the KBR National Park will reduce traffic in the long run and will not destroy KBR ?

If not, then let the citizens make them understand that flyovers/elevated corridor/underpasses around KBR National Park will choke the last green lung of Hyderabad forever without solving any traffic issues.

So much DAMAGE to the eco sensitive zone of KBR National Park has already been done by @GHMCOnline @TelanganaCMO by uprooting age old trees, digging up the soil and destroying the fragile ecology around KBR.

You are now claiming that this 4.3-km elevated corridor will have “zero footprint in the Eco-Sensitive KBR Park zone” and minimise impact on existing green cover.
But this comes after replacing the earlier 14-structure H-CITI plan with a new ₹1,090-crore corridor.

So, Hyderabadis are asking again:

Where is the Detailed Project Report for this new 4.3-km corridor❓
Where is the cumulative Environmental Impact Assessment, socio-economic impact assessment and intergenerational impact assessment ❓
Were citizens and independent experts consulted before deciding on this repackaged project ❓

We have asked these questions before. We shouldn't have to ask them again every time the project is redesigned.

Public money is not a blank cheque. Every rupee comes with accountability.
