जिसके बचाव में जितेंद्र सिंह और संबित पात्रा ने कहा कि "गोली चलाने का आदेश देने का अधिकार मजिस्ट्रेट के पास होता है मंत्री के पास नहीं"

ये बयान बीजेपी को बैकफायर कर गया है।

अब पूछना ये था कि....
"अगर गोली चलाने का आदेश मजिस्ट्रेट देता है तो फिर अयोध्या में उपद्रवी कारसेवकों पर गोली चलाने के लिए मुलायम सिंह यादव जी कैसे जिम्मेदार है"??
