After 20 minutes I checked @dominos app and found its delayed and will take 17 more minutes. The status de maine same another 10 minutes. I tried to contact help desk which told me same status.

Bank of Baroda launched bob SAMVAD, an AI-enabled multilingual conversational platform on 28ᵗʰ March, 2026 at its BKC Branch, Mumbai.  

bob SAMVAD was launched by Shri M. Nagaraju, IAS, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, in the presence of Dr. Debadatta Chand, Managing Director & CEO, Bank of Baroda and the Executive Directors, Shri Lalit Tyagi, Shri Sanjay V. Mudaliar, Shri Lal Singh, and Smt Beena Vaheed.

bob SAMVAD enables real-time, two-way interaction in 22 Indian languages with integrated text and voice capabilities, strengthening accessibility, inclusivity, and customer engagement.

At the service counter, the application enables seamless communication between customers and branch staff, even if they speak different languages. The interaction is displayed as text on the screen, with an optional voice mode that converts text into speech, for customers who prefer audio over reading - making it fully accessible for everyone.

This initiative reflects the Bank's commitment to operational excellence by combining technology with customer-centric design. 

Shri Nagaraju also visited bob Forest, another green initiative by the Bank after bob Earth, Green Deposits and Green Bonds, reflecting the Bank’s commitment towards sustainability and overall ESG goals.
