The Mughal faujdar Wazir Khan had ordered the two young children be bricked alive as they refused to accept Islam. When they died, their grandmother died of shock

@vfsglobalcare I applied for passport renewal. My first application was put on hold due to some discrepancies. VFS sent my documents back except my original passport. I applied again with correct application. And now VFS says they have not received my original passport.its lost!

@vfsglobalcare I went to my local police station to file missing passport report. They do not take missing item report here. They asked that agency who lost the passport to file it or I goto nearest police station where this has happened to file it. Can you guys help in atleast for this?

@vfsglobalcare @vfsglobalcare No update is provided on email or in anyway . I get update only when I call helpline number.All agents are in India and they can only escalate.Even they don’t have any updates from management. Not sure if anyone is competent enough to work.

@vfsglobalcare My application was sent to New York center. It’s been a terrible experience till now.Every call to helpline is paid. I have called total of 5 times now. Only update I get is my case has been escalated and VFS will update in 48-72 hours.
