@MediBuddyapp i recently bookd lab test via medibuddy app but its been two days and havnt received the reports yet for a simple blood test, after raising a tickt with customr supprt, the tickt is closed automatically without any resolution.

@1mgOfficial I ordered some medicines for there was discount shown on the app, and i chose Cash On delivery but when the medicine was delivered, i was charged extra.

I tried reaching customer support via call and mails but the issue is still pending and it seems nobody bothers

@Lenovo_in Thanks for raising it to the concerned team and they contacted me yesterday and they are asked "are you able to hear me ?" I replied yes, they disconnected the call and mailed me "I hope the issue has been resolved". Thanks lenovo for wonderful resolution.

@Lenovo_in Its been 4 months since i have raised support ticket to get my laptop screen replaced as it was damaged. But I am worried whether it will ever be repaired and will i be able to use my laptop again. Pathetic service by lenovo. I am not sure will tweeting this also helps
