@makemytrip @makemytripcare such a useless agency that whenever you want to reach out to them they always try to stop you. No synchronisation in the team one customer support guy is saying something the other one completely different but one thing in common wait and wait for 48hr

I have been waiting for my refund since March 1 but till now no refund has been initiated and always same reply wait and wait. This is how they treat Indians and their sentiments. But ultimately what can be done as they have all legal rights and customers don’t have any.

Heavy rush on samaypur badli metro station what DMRC is doing with this now. Azadi ka amrit mahotsav had already finished why DMRC is taking that much time now. @OfficialDMRC

@OfficialDMRC i usually take metro of 8:50 from samaypur badli to central secretariat and today i am traveling from 9:10 metro from samaypur badli and the situation is same. These days metro is unable to cool it's coach from badli to samaypur badli. Justify your fares.

@OfficialDMRC what's wrong with AC service of yellow line.. from last 2 days AC service instead of improving in view of ongoing rising temperatures has worsened.. I take metro from samaypur badli to central secretariat.. kindly lower the temperature and justify the fare.
