@BankofAmerica now more than 42 minutes and counting on hold to talk to a live agent about the problem at drive through ATM, no cash delivered. Broken ATM machine at Gainesville,VA drive through ATM. Now 46 minutes on hold.

@BankofAmerica Why customers on hold for more than 25 min& counting? Why so many customers are calling? clearly their transaction processing is broken, otherwise why would so many be calling and on hold, not enough customer service reps? This is very bad customer experience.

@DominionEnergy power outage in Bristow, VA effecting 100 houses in the neighborhood near Linton Hall Road and Sudley Manor Road. Reported at 5 am still no sign of any repair crew to restore power. No sense of urgency. Poor customer service. Unhappy customers.

F squad West would like to give a huge shout-out to Mr. Subramanyam. Officers were in squad day training yesterday & went to Bristow @Fosters_Grille for dinner. To their surprise, Mr. Subramanyam graciously paid for everyone’s meal. We can't thank him enough for his #generosity.

@McDonalds should install electrical outlets under the tables or walls to connect laptops or charge phones to help customers do work. This will help divert customers from Starbucks.

Frustrating experience with @British_Airways, unable to add meal plan online, asking to change payment method with no option provided to change the same. Customer Service number says large number of calls, call back later. Never fly BA again. Bad airline, worst customer service.

Not happy with @WellsFargo, closed on my house 2 weeks ago, still the escrow balance not paid. I see check issued online 7 days ago, why so many days to mail? Very inefficient, disappointing bad customer service/experience. Charged $47 to close paid off HELOC a/c.
