Maybe it's time customers start voting with their wallets. Without customers, no business can thrive. Given the repeated delivery failures, refund delays, and lack of accountability, I have decided not to renew my Prime subscription. Unless things improve significantly, these will be my last orders with Amazon.

Quoting your customer service response.
In the last few weeks, I've had two unacceptable experiences despite being a Prime member:
1️⃣ Wrong item delivered. I selected "Wrong Item Received" during return, uploaded photos, and the item was picked up on May 22. Refund was promised by June 2. Now Amazon claims the returned product doesn't match and wants more time to investigate. Amazon sent the wrong item, yet I'm the one waiting indefinitely for a refund.
2️⃣ Another order was promised for delivery on May 30. I received an "Out for Delivery" update, only for the status to change to "Delayed." Today I was told the delivery window has expired and the only option is cancellation and refund. So I lose more time waiting for my money and have to place a fresh order.
Amazon seems unable to honor its own delivery and refund commitments. Every delay is hidden behind "policy" while customers bear the inconvenience.
If Amazon can no longer reliably serve India, it should be transparent about it instead of repeatedly missing commitments.
I've decided to cancel my Prime auto-renewal. These will likely be my last orders with Amazon.
Also attaching the audio recording with their customer service, specialist team and the senior leadership team. All of them saying same thing about policy and they have no means/options to help the customers.

@kushika_twt First time in all my years as an Amazon Prime customer, I received this instead of the tyre inflator I ordered. Looks like they’re really “tightening” their processes now.
