@airindia One segment of my travel got rescheduled again. @airindia has now successfully affected almost all my travel plans related to this trip. 3 changes on a 2 leg itinerary so far.

Gate staff and customer service make a good tag team, and made me realise to #NeverFlyAI again.

@airindia I was involuntarily rerouted 2 times in a single day after the original flight was delayed and the alternate was cancelled.

Who gave you the right to change flights and airports without notifying the passenger?

Also, your customer service is #Pathetic, for the record.
