@parcelforce - I had arranged and paid for a collection of a package today. However, the person that arrived was from Royal Mail and did not collect the package despite it fitting the size requirements. DM as I cannot get through on the phone. Extremely frustrated.

@British_Airways Whilst on the aircraft (for 5 hours) we ran out of water and was given one half of a sandwich. Disastrous service. Now placed on a coach, still not knowing our destination. I need full compensation and am looking to cancel another holiday booked with BA in September.

.@British_Airways - my flight from Mykonos to London was meant to depart at 7:15pm. We boarded the flight twice, and at 1am we were informed that our flight has been cancelled whilst on the aircraft.
We have not been told where we will be staying for the night, (1)

.@British_Airways or how to rebook our flights. There was not even a BA staff present when we disembarked to tell us next steps. This has completely put a sour end to my honeymoon, and has also lost us both a day of work.
