Also, I am not able to connect to MMT customer service as it doesn’t recognise my booking reference
Surprisingly MMT has stopped taking jet refund calls and left us solely dependent on twitter

All of my colleagues who used jet airways have received full refund through better agents such as Southall travels, cheapoair, jet airways etc!!
