Goibibo without my consent created a group booking(though I booked individual ticket). I initated a full refund from Goibibo app, but on confirming from Air Express I found that Goibibo asked for an alternate flight option without my consent. (2/3)

Pathetic and disgusting service from @GoibiboSupport. My @AirIndiaX flight got canceled because of operational issues on 4th June from LKO to BLR. Despite of this I am being denied full refund. (1/3)
