In the 21st century there have been 6 ODI world cups.

पेन आधार लिंक नहीं होने पर लगने वाली पेनल्टी का कोई औचित्य नहीं है ।कई जगह आधार में परिवर्तन ���े केंद्र ही नहीं थे लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल यह है कि या तो जब आधार बने तब ही उन्हें पेन से मिला देना था दोनों ही कार्ड सरकार ने बनाए हैं अत: वह अगर आपस में नहीं मिलते है तो पेनल्टी क्यों ?
