today I pre-saturated 52mg of MiaDMSA with Zinc carnosine and copper orotate. I saw the water turn from blue to grey before my eyes. Drank it. Felt an immediate warm rush, no nausea or obvious downsides. Did it for the science. Don't try this at home.
