@AriSidHamilton @Xfinity Ari, you’re not alone. Xfinity service text work at their own pace not yours. Unfortunately, they’ll bill you at their pace too, and you have to pay. Don’t bother calling customer service unless you have an hour to spend on the telephone with AI.

@BrendaGDavis9 Xfinity is the very worst. They don't deliver the speed they promise. They never promise good service because they never deliver it. If you call for Customer Service plan on spinning 30 minutes on the phone talking to AI before you ever get a person.
