I’ve been thinking about something recently…
After more than 20 years in healthcare, you would expect that communication would be one of the things we’ve mastered by now.
But that hasn’t always been my experience.
I’ve seen patients leave conversations unsure of what was said.
I’ve seen families trying to process information that felt too fast, too complex, or too distant.
And it reminds me that beyond all the systems and advancements, people still just want to feel heard and understood.
Healthcare is evolving quickly, but human needs haven’t changed.
And maybe that’s where more attention is needed.
If you’ve ever interacted with the healthcare system, I’d love to ask:
Did you feel truly understood?

Some of the most brilliant people you’ll ever meet are invisible.
Not because they lack value,
but because the market doesn’t *see* it.
After my conversation on Business Weekly today, one thing is clear:
Competence is no longer enough.
Visibility is the multiplier.
