@aishaikh All the pre-mixed bag of CRRT contains lactate. If because of tissue hypoxemia the body’s production rate of lactate is already higher than hepatic capability of generating HCO3 by neutralizing lactate, then at least theoretically lactate level should go up with CRRT. Thoughts?

In that note, no immigration bill can pass now without having something for legal immigration as the legal immigrants will pay the fees necessary to fund USCIS/ DOS; help them hire new personnel

The House Judiciary Committee has passed the immigration language for the reconciliation bill by a margin of 25 to 19. This is the most significant immigration legislation to pass the House Judiciary Committee in 15+ years.
