Considering the sheer economic hardships facing Afghanistan. It’s a miracle that more deaths have not resulted. Comes down to the spirit of the people to survive and the diaspora Afghans who are generous not only with their extended families but also with strangers.

Some great news from #Kabul #Afghanistan. A update on little Sameer who worked every day to support his family. Now he started school! A BIG thank you to Rayan orphanage @rayan_children for giving him an opportunity to continue his education. He is now happy with his classmates.
