I am one person, not a team, with an OpenSource project, but still value quality (in everything that I do). I definitely don’t need the other features that come in the Business package, but do need these. So both the Free and Business packages are not options.

So I created an account for an OpenSource project, loved everything I was seeing. But when I realized that the only way to get a logo at the top and use the dark theme was to pay $240/month, I was absolutely shocked.
