AI should only help facilitate your learning. Never ask it to do something 100% for you that you are already capable of doing yourself. When you don't understand something, then you interrogate the AI as an opportunity to learn.
You can be dependent on AI to teach you and improve yourself, you can't be dependent on AI to produce for you and achieve the same result... you will depreciate.
