When we say Louisiana energy is a family, this is what we mean.

At 10 years old, Kevin Rogillio’s daughter Emma was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. After brain surgery in Baton Rouge and seven months at St. Jude, she is now seven and a half years cancer-free. Through it all, friends, coworkers, and neighbors wrapped around his family so they never walked alone.

That support inspired Kevin to give back. With the Capital Area Baton Rouge USSSA softball community, he started Emma’s Event, a youth softball tournament that has raised more than $150,000 for St. Jude. This year, up to 100 teams are taking the field, with many of his ExxonMobil coworkers volunteering on the sidelines.

For Kevin, Louisiana energy means faith, family, and standing with others when it counts.
