再割り当ての対象
- 不適格です： ZRO を請求したものの、トークン生成イベント（TGE）後に取引がなかったウォレットは、トークンを受け取ることができません。さらに、第1ラウンドまたは第2ラウンドのレビューでシビルと認定されたウォレットも不適格です。
- 適格： ZROを主張し、TGE後に少なくとも1回LayerZeroを利用したウォレットは、追加トークンを受け取る資格があります。

適格なウォレットへの配分は以下のようになります：
- 適格なウォレットは、TGEで請求されたZROを比例配分で受け取ります。
- TGE後に取引がゼロになったウォレット（つまり、不適格なウォレット）に割り当てられるはずだったトークンは、TGE以降に各ユーザーが使用したガスの量に基づいて、適格なウォレットに再配分されます。
- つまり、各対象ユーザーは元の比例配分分に加え、元々非対象ウォレット用に意図されていたトークンから（支払われたガス料金に基づく）追加の比例配分分を受け取ることになります。
- 初回と同じチェーンから追加トークンを請求してください。AptosユーザーはEVMウォレットから請求してください。

Eligibility for reallocation:
- Ineligible: Wallets that claimed ZRO but had no transactions after the Token Generation Event (TGE) will not receive any more tokens. Additionally, wallets identified as Sybil in either the 1st or 2nd round of reviews are also ineligible.
- Eligible: Wallets that claimed ZRO and used LayerZero at least once post-TGE are eligible for additional tokens.

The allocation for eligible wallets works like this:
- Eligible wallets will receive a pro-rata share of ZRO based on their original claim from the TGE.
- Tokens that would have gone to wallets with zero transactions post-TGE (i.e., ineligible wallets) will be reallocated to eligible wallets based on the amount of gas each user has spent since the TGE.
- This means each eligible user will receive their original pro-rata share, plus an additional pro-rata share (based on gas fees paid) from the tokens originally intended for ineligible wallets.
- Make sure to claim your additional tokens from the same chain as you did the first time. Aptos users should claim from their EVM wallet.

BREAKING: Thomas Matthew Crooks ID'd as the suspect who shot at Donald Trump at his PA rally.

Crooks was 20-years-old from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania which was about 40 miles south of the Butler rally.

An AR-15 was reportedly recovered at the scene.

Crooks was apparently shot in the head after he tried taking out the former president.
