The transfers always went through quickly up to this point. Now I have €4,500 which I transferred and can’t get any answers… Not a good way to handle business.

@krakensupport I cannot understand how an account got verified when I didn’t set it up. Then the account I set up and have verified then send funds to with the reference from my verified account then ends up in an account set up by someone else.
