@airtelmoneyug I have just done a transaction (sent money from an Airtel number to an Airtel number) from 0705595632 to 0741389928 worth 120.000/= it has been deducted from my account but the receipient has not received the money yet since 9:30am.
I have contacted the customer care services (using my MTN -0773710597) more than seven times to help me rectify or tell me what it takes to clear the error msg but they promise without delivering and I am becoming frustrated, disappointed and demotivated. What should I do??/3
Dear @UgEquityBank I am Marx Mbabaali holding an account in your bank (1006101298560). I have been having a message on my account JH-605 Whenever I try to access the Equity mobile loan services. I cleared the previous loan, no arrears on my account but I can't access my loan /1
limit and neither can I access the loan services using mobile app because of the error msg. And neither can I use the *247# due to the same error message.
