@officialepfo @epfo_bhagalpur @officialepfo can you please escalate this issue, even after approaching multiple times and raising grievance not getting any resolution. @epfo_bhagalpur has not responded on any of the tweet or my emails yet. they are even picking up my call now as well

@Toing_Cares I need my refund.. this is the mistake done by your end not from my end then why should I suffer here ? If the item is not available you don't have to take that particular order rather than giving another items. this is completely rediculous. @Toing_Cares I need my money refund
