@Jainadave_ 3-4 times weekly is fine. A good push-pull-legs split is more than enough. The diet is everything. Once that is under control the changes take off!
Not mad or hating on anyone who uses Ozempic to drop some lbs. My only question is whatβs the plan to keep the weight off once you reach your desired size?
